We are pleased to share that OXARI has been awarded 2nd place in the “Software Dedicated to Public Administration” category in the “Product of the Year” competition organized by IT w Administracji magazine.
This distinction is especially meaningful to us because it is based on the votes of people working in the public sector—those who use technologies supporting administrative tasks on a daily basis.
What is the “Product of the Year IT in Administration” competition?
The competition organized by IT w Administracji aims to highlight solutions that genuinely support the digital transformation of public institutions. The results are based on online submissions, as well as votes from subscribers and the editorial team, which collectively select the top three products in each of the eight categories.
It is one of the few rankings that recognizes solutions truly tailored to the specific requirements of public administration and supporting its daily processes.
Why is this distinction important to us?
The public sector has been undergoing intensive digitalization for several years, with IT technologies becoming an integral part of most administrative procedures. Users expect tools that are functional, secure, compliant with regulations, and designed with practical tasks in mind.
This award is therefore a confirmation that OXARI meets the real needs of institutions. We see it as a sign that our ITSM system is valued by professionals working in offices and public institutions.
Why does public administration appreciate OXARI?
Public administration emphasizes that OXARI effectively organizes areas that were previously scattered across various systems and departments. A key role is played by the Service Desk module, which streamlines ticket handling, automates tasks, facilitates communication with users, and provides a complete history of actions.
Another important component is Asset Management, enabling centralized control of assets, maintaining a register of hardware and software with full change history, and automatic collection of configuration data. Complementing these features is the CMDB, which gives institutions a complete map of systems, services, and roles—helping manage permissions, assess risks, and plan changes.
The entire ecosystem is enhanced by configurable workflows that replicate real procedures and support step-by-step approval processes in line with organizational and legal requirements.
Thank you!
Achieving 2nd place in the IT w Administracji “Product of the Year” competition confirms that OXARI meets the demands of modern public administration and is a structured, secure, flexible solution resilient to infrastructure complexity.
This recognition motivates us to continue developing the platform—especially in the areas of Service Desk, Asset Management, and automation, which form the foundation of digital public administration.
